1. Fiber sensor directly detects water molecule content in SF6 gas with absolute error of PPM≤±5ppm. Within dew point value scope of SF6 at application site, it provides better dew point precision. Its precision is ±2 at -60, ±1 at -50, ±0.5 at -45 and ±0.3 at -40, which fully meet precision requirement of onsite detection.

2. Replaceable gas circuit faithfully reflects micro-water content inside electric equipment. Air is evacuated before detection to avoid contamination of detected gas. Replaceable capsule air chamber structure realizes static seal of gas circuit to ensure airtightness and avoid contamination caused by dynamic seal. It discharges no SF6 gas, which is more environment friendly and safer. It is a pioneer product in China.

3. Special cleaning gas circuit ensures cleanness inside detection instrument and effectiveness of detection result. It is a pioneer product in China.

4. It adopts infrared spectrum absorption method to conduct detection, which provides strong immunity from interference. “A micro-water detection system based on scanning method” has owned patent for utility model.

5. The instrument has better function and provides replaceable detection method and traditional degassing detection method;

6. Gas circuit inside the instrument consists of imported components which have better airtightness. Imported self-sealing valve is provided on both ends of gas pipe at external detection point of the instrument. It is easy to operate and prevents moisture and air from entering pipe.

7. The product was developed by our company and has self-owned intellectual property and related patent.

DPI-01 portable laser micro-water gage is a portable instrument developed by our company. It is used to detect micro-water content in SF6 gas. The instrument uses spectral absorption method to detect micro-water content in SF6 gas. Owing to special design of replaceable gas circuit, it detects micro-water without discharging SF6 gas. The instrument is applicable in daily maintenance and examination of electric equipment and calibration of dew point sensor. It is especially suitable for power system and provides convenience for production and safe operation of SF6 electric products.
